About Kathy

I started decorating cakes in 1996 taking classes at local cake decorating stores. I joined the ICES group (International Cake Exploration Societe) and continue to attend meetings and conventions in Michigan and Ohio, keeping up to date with the latest designs and techniques and have won several cake competition awards. I also teach Cake Decorating Classes and I am a Wilton Instructor.
